Volunteers register at campaign website
New volunteers register at your campaign website. You validate the registration request and then the system automatically sends an email to each volunteer with a username and password.
Volunteers login to Dynamic Campaign to access projects
After logging into DyCam 2008, volunteers will receive a list of assigned projects. Each project can contain customized contact lists, tasks, talking points and notes.
Volunteers contact voters from assigned lists
Using their customized contact list, the volunteers will contact each voter and check them off their list.
Volunteers update voter profiles
Details of each conversation, including issues of interest, can be captured in the Voter Profile view.
Campaign Manager/Volunteer Coordinator monitors activity in real time
At any time you can check on the status of an ongoing project or view newly updated voter profiles.
